May 24 ~ messenger version 6 for yahoo is a reality. no longer a beta
version. Make sure to READ CAREFULLY on install. say no to the mail,

Ongoing ~ updated messenger and profiles don't work? See if its a pop up blocker at work by holding the CNTRL key down when you try to launch the links. if so.. its the pop up blocker. You may also encounter this problem on EarthLink or if you have an other pop up tool installed. Update Yahoo Chat? You can check for some Yahoo updates needed here ~ this page lists cam and chat file update info for now... The page will auto detect.... just install. A good place to start if you are having problems. update games? check here October 19 ~ profile pic error. ymdb_err-18 ~ this ymdb err 18 error is generated when you already have an image with the same name in your photos. Just rename the new pic then upload it. Ongoing.... . "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. create an association in the Folder Options control panel. "WHAT?? try this Ongoing ~ Account locked for security reasons ? try this "go to mail.yahoo.com and log in.... then log out. then click the link to log out completely" or if you are SURE your alternate email is correct, try https://edit.yahoo.com/config/change_pw do not change password tho. enter it in all 3 spots, old, new, new. and account should work again.
