wanna update your password question and secret answer? to do this.....you will need to forward the following info to my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com

• 1.yahoo id
• 2 zip code you included when you registered for the account (non usa please include country)
• 3 birth date used when you registered
• 4 your current secret question and secret answer
• 5 the new question and answer
• 6 alternate email address they have listed

PLEASE NOTE : the spelling punctuation and spelling of your new secret answer is important. they will copy it exactly as it appears in your email.....

problems making a new account? it wont accept the date?  

make sure you are entering it month month/ date date/ year year year year .  many European users have mentioned this problem when trying to enter date as day day/month month ... just a tip

Make sure your alternate email address is correct! this is where they will send any changed passwords, or requests!! Verify it in your account info.. you can end up with no account otherwise.
