possible way to restore deleted files

follow these steps to recover anything from the recycle bin.

double-click the Recycle Bin icon.
when the window is open, single-click the file you want to recover.

to select multiple files, just hold down the ctrl key and single-click the files you want to restore.  right clicking on the file  also opens the menu
open the file menu and select restore.

the files are returned to where they originally were.

if (don't freak!) the folder is empty, just right click and select restore. the files may not SHOW in the recycle bin, but can often still be recovered

if the recycle bin has been dumped , and you cant get them back with that trick... a friend of mine swears by this little program... found here  christian_grau/ according to my friend, he recovered an mp3 he deleted 2 years ago.. am going to try it out myself as soon as i can :)  more on that later ..and good luck folks...

i suggest making a folder on desktop that you name junk, or trash...... and toss files in it first..... then about once a week, go through it and toss the files for real.  because it never fails that as soon as i delete a file..... i need it.

there are several programs that will also back up info if deleted and you can restore it....... look around you may find a good one.....
