STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! AS of August 12 ~ this is a dead form..... before anyone gets all belligerent.... yahoo actually REMOVED the form from their servers over a year ago..... they left the PAGE it sent results too up all that time.... http://edit.yahoo.com/config/set_buddygrp and just NOW killed that page.... it did need a rework, because one WRONG click and a wholeeeee group would disappear..So now, we suffer with twits who can add us and not be removed, stalkers who can track us.. lovely...... If you get a cookie error, go and log in via the browser, in mail, or games, or another part of yahoo via the browser. then come back. for example ;) right click this link http://mail.yahoo.com and select open in a new window ~ sign in... then REFRESH this page and try to remove them again....
It was explained that the problem lies with people who were id surfing and trying to nobud, and discovered who's lists they were NOT on. So theoretically, IF I tried to nobud you, and discovered that I was not on your list, YOUR privacy was violated. Sighs... like a simple PAGE that said error, rather than actually TELLING people they weren't on the list, was sooo difficult. |
