Currently there is nothing like the xprofiles that aim has~ if you want to know how many times folks see your profile, or add fun stuff.. make a small page on geocities ~ they have tons of templates ~ lots of addons.... and then add the page link to your profile...DON'T forget a counter ;-)

notice something new on profiles? if you click on edit profile, and then scroll to bottom, you have an option to add a member since date..... pretty cool huh. have not heard form the rpg folks  @ that...

nicknames.. DON'T fill this in if you do not want it to show in chat! Leaving it blank is fine, or make a nic that looks like an illegal... like  Ñh¥®v@ñ@..... nicknames are currently on USA ACCOUNTS ONLY! you cant just dl the usa messy.. you need a WHOLE NEW USA ACCOUNT if your in the uk etc... that should change soon though.

edit pics.......you are no longer able to load animated pics to profiles...............like this one   and yahoo has removed the point to a pic on the web option as of August 2003.

loading a pic?  make sure the image name is simple, not s & j 4 EvA!!!.jpg ~ the big Y cant read all that and will give errors....make it mychatid.gif  or mychatid.jpg  for example. NO SPACES no added characters. easy.

• you will probably need this page on how to add a voice clip ~ VOICE CLIP HELP 
• you should  now have a speaker icon under your picture on your profile and a text message that says listen :)
• this may be iffy with the new charges on briefcase and photos... so try this page  VOICE CLIP HELP 

edit age to a 4 digit? edit background colors etc? whistles innocently... check the forums maybe?

want friends to see your calendar or briefcase?...... when logged in on yahoo and in profiles..... ( you need to make sure you see the edit options box on profile page) look to the middle left area.....where it says 'on yahoo' ......notice the edit button there? click that......and select to show  your briefcase or calendar or show that you're in games or clubs .....click finished  and check out the new additions  to your profile :)
if for some reason this doesn't work.... go to briefcase/ photos/calendar and look for the add to profile button.  briefcase may be available to those only on your friends list too.   

want to add interests to your profile? go to profiles.yahoo.com  and notice  on lower left where interests are listed.......surf around some in the categories you like....when you find your interest(s) click the add button....then repeat as often  as you like :) a great way to have some info about stuff you like on profile.....
