Nov 2003 ~ yahoo has made some big changes to games ~  best bet for a fix? replace that games file first....

seeing a square circle and rectangle icon but games applets wont load? check your virtual machine version and update it if need be

fix~ most often needed when yahoo updates the games files  < try this first if games used to work

go to c\windows\ downloaded program files.......and find the yahoo games file

then return to games after reconnecting to the net, and accept  the new downloads.If it does not prompt for a download.....

make sure you have checked the yahoo page on adjusting security settings too!

From email... how do you get the special faces on yahoo games? The special avatars? Are they secret or what?

Nope, they are for the ALL STAR leagues on Yahoo.

other things to try....

first : I clear cache (temp internet files and history files) -> Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options, General tab, Temporary Internet Files heading: Delete Files

next thing to try is go to c\windows\ temporary internet files. make sure there are no cookies there

make sure you have checked the yahoo page on adjusting security settings too! 

java update

AND AS ALWAYS~  if you are on dsl or cable and cant load java functions, call your provider to make sure they are providing  dynamic java connections and functions. some are growing so fast they cant provide all functions immediately..........
