| Chatables *gone* Yahoo had a special Pepsi version of messenger, that used Chatables. Now looks like as of version 1036, Chatables are added as an imv. It basically is an intense Imv with web cam, all smileys, some animations, and lots of toys. IMVironmentson messenger beta build 1015 and better... chat environments to add to private messages. once they expire. they are gone. no longer supported on yahoo. want to throw a snow ball? or blow a kiss, just buzz your friend . you cant make your own imv's but you could edit a few gif files in an imv file..... (whistles innocently) 
remember they have to be on a 5 series version of messenger...or you will see this..... ( and BrianSpice isn't a toy !!!! he wont work for you, sorry. heck he doesn't work for me either most of the time.... ) 
Winamp plug in this small plug in works with yahoo messenger and with Winamp. it sets the artist title and song name as your away status for messenger.  make sure you log in on main account id or it doesn't work :( oh oh oh..... and before everyone emails and asks how I got the custom info on the top line of messenger......, just edit the ymsgr.ini file. (note> this violates TOS :D but so does replacing smileys and just about everything else ) open it with notepad, and replace the info..... check the example >> ( dat's my buddy happy_virus's file.... he's weird..) and back you the file before you edit it, and before you update messenger if you like the changes make sure you have a caption AND a url ~ must be a set.... and keep the caption short, about the same length as the original.... and again, copy the ini file before you edit it!! |
